Dr. Cristina Poulos
Dr. Cristina Poulos, a Stamford native, is committed to promoting optimal health and well-being in the Stamford Community. She believes in the education and empowerment of her patients, and is their biggest cheerleader in their journey toward health. By providing a warm and friendly atmosphere, she gets to know every patient and works with each of them to achieve their personal health goals.
Dr. Cristina started seeing a chiropractor when she was 14 after being diagnosed with scoliosis. After seeing multiple providers who suggested a "wait and see if it gets worse" approach, she found a chiropractor who could help instead. She started seeing her chiropractor regularly, and not only did the pain associated with her scoliosis disappear, she slept better, had more energy, and began to live a much healthier life. She has been under regular chiropractic care ever since, and was so inspired by her own improvement, that she decided to become a chiropractor herself! Dr. Cristina received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, GA, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. For her undergraduate work, she attended Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT, also graduating Magna Cum Laude. She is a proud graduate of Sacred Heart Academy of Stamford. Specializing in gentle chiropractic techniques, she loves taking care of children, young adults, their parents and pregnant women. |
